I attended a workshop on negotiation skill last week and like to share what is negotiation ...Almost everything can be negotiated - from your house price, housing loan rate, margin of financing, drawdown period, salary, dowry, car, working hour, deadline (not to forget audit 5S) etc. People often fail to do this.
